I ride a 1995 Ibis Titanium road. AMAZING bicycle. Certainly the best bike I'll ever have in most respects
, and after 12 years, I expect to ride it another 12. Or more. Today Scott builds all CF bikes, so too late for you to buy an Ibis Ti. Too bad. But from all reports, the CF models are rather amazing too. And VERY reasonably priced these days. They are among the best bikes on the planet. They are however, cheaper than bikes they are superior to.
