I'm east of the city here and I have been in Missy many times and the roads are kinda crowded up. Having been around the convention center area and Square One area many times I have to say riding there on the road is pretty bad at times. Apparently Mayor Hazel is not in favor of the whole biking thing wiht her comment sometime last year saying and I quote 'roads are for cars'.

I would like to ride in Missy sometime if/when I ever am able to make it up there. I am more and more convinced that a super ultra bright tail light from my experience riding in heavy 'burb traffic (on major arteries) gives drivers a bit more respect on you that your lighting is respectly close to thier vechicle brightness and they give you more room with less quibbles. I have been on the Steeles and Hwy 7 strip in rush and moderate traffic before so I know a little about bad traffic.
