I had to attend a Board Meeting one evening after work last summer. Work ended at 4:00PM and the meeting began at 8:00PM. I got a 50 mile ride and even had enought time to stop at Subway. During the meeting I pulled my chair up to the the table only to get a cramp in one of my hamstrings. I thought I was going to die but still needed to act interested and composed! It took about three to four minutes for it to relax. I think there were tears in my eyes.
