Hi fellow dog (animal) lover, just sending you my congratulations, I know how the shock of something like that could EASILY break the spirit and the mental state you need to continue. I am simply amazed and impressed that you were able to do the best you could to help that poor woman, and still continue on to do what you needed to. I am honestly a bit in awe. Hug that new puppy for me, and again, congratulations! You are inspiring and my heart goes out to you (and the woman who lost her dog.)
