You're not going to find anything under 400 that corners well, end of story. You're asking for an impossible tire.

You do have a couple options in the <450 range though. The new Furius Fred in a 2.25 (more like a real world 2.1) comes in around 420. The racing ralph comes in at 460 or so I believe. The continental explorer supersonic 2.1 is around 450 and is great for dry areas. Stans TheCrow is around 400 as well.
