I have to disagree with you on feedback. As a seller, I try very hard to represent my items honestly communicate promptly and almost excessively (in short I try really hard to do things right). It is very frustrating to leave a buyer (who may take their sweet time - but within the time limit - to pay) positive feedback, and then receive no feedback in return. It makes it difficult to build up a reputation as a seller - especially when it is more or less a sideline of your hobby. I can understand sellers withholding feedback as a means to encourage their buyers to leave them feedback.
