Thanks to a Prostectomy- I had saddle problems for about 6 years. 18 months ago I went Road bike and I think it was co-incidence but I suddenly found saddles that worked for me. Ok-I am only 150 lbs but the Butt Pain was tremendous. Surprising thing was that the Narrow racing saddles suddenly became comfortable again- I already had these on the MTB's but going road and I changed the pressure points in the butt. Try different nose up or down attitudes- Fore and aft position to get the sit bones in the right place and most of all-Try standing up a bit more than you do now.

Attempt this before you start buying saddles as that is a long and never ending route to take.
