LOL - I had this conversation with my brother at Thanksgiving.


Of course it's about vanity! And there's nothing wrong with that, IMO. I put in hundreds of hours per year on the bike, and I'm not afraid to show off the results...and, my girlfriend thinks they're hot too.

And, for many cyclists, it's also about "Tribal Ritual".


Regardless, hairy legs are still a cardinal sin...and shaved legs will always look better.
