The Weinmann convex alloy rims with Record high flage hubs (neither "nuevo" nor Nuovo, for what it's worth) would have been original to the bike. I'd bet the tires would have been Schwinn branded, but someone else here will know for sure. I have original tires on my '73 P-15 wheelset at home and can check tonight, if no one else can answer the question. For riding, you probably don't want period tires anyway, though they're nice to have for show. Something like Panaracer Paselas with tan sidewalls - make sure you get tires with wires in them, or they'll blow off the non-beaded rims. I believe there was an early beaded rim thread on here not long ago - not really many options circa '72 that will let you run higher pressure. Slightly later Mavic Module E's would work at higher pressures and look pretty good, too.
