The Gentleman rims would post-date the bike, but not by a whole bunch. They were fairly common on touring bikes in the 70's - not original equipment on a P-15, but not likely to raise any eyebrows, IMO. They would be the kind of thing a Paramount owner would be likely to update on his/her bike during that period, as better clincher's became available. The decals on the Gentleman rims did change, I think, but I personally wouldn't get too wrapped up in that if the rims look good. The Super Champion 58's pre-date the Gentleman model (I think), and were available when your bike was made.
