Have you re-adjusted the high limit screw on the RD?
I mean in the 50x12t, it seems like it's catching. I was just going to go and check out the limit screws this morning.
I am using a Dura-ace chain and it seems to be in good shape, but I think I'll order a new one if the problem persists.
