I bought my fixie with two brakes and in my (partially) failed effort to remove the rear brake, I find myself completely unable to figure out how to remove the brake lever.
It's a reverse brake lever, Tektro RX 4.1 to be exact, http://www.tektro.com/02products/09rx41.php
Tektro's site describes the lever as "Expanding plug clamp style" and my trouble is in trying to un-expand that clamp or plug or whatever that is in that dark hole under the little rubber cap.
