I've seen dozens of these around Houston. They're made to look like a nice bike, as long as you're 30-40 feet away. Most of them are red with gold graphics, cheesy braze ons, and steel raleigh sports looking stem. Stamped drops of course. I would let it sit there.

That's exactly what it is. I think it is gone. Hopefully picked up by someone who wants to start into cycling. Yep sometimes it's best to let them sit. If I'm going to struggle to find a place in the basement to put it I'm going to make sure it's worth it.
