His being an 'accumulator' reminds me a lot of my dad - he's got a ton of stuff, and can fit different stuff together to make other stuff work.

He once got a jeep wagonner running by making a gasket out of an empty pack of cigarettes, and another time got us home by taking the top of a jackstand and using it to keep the frame of the truck up because the rear spring broke.

I keep trying to get him to ride his bike more, but he only rides it when he needs to go pick up a car to work on
