Thanks for the feedback. That exit point is part of my concern. I could use a punch as suggested above to achieve a good snug seat but that radius where it exits looks a bit far from the flange. They may just fit better on a thicker flange. I could use different spokes If I need to. Perhaps I'm just over-thinking this. I know these spokes are very strong at the elbow and that is what appeals to me. The fact that I want them to be heavy duty without being too heavy coupled with the disk usage and the extra forces generated at the hub make these seem like a good choice but I don't want to negate this benefit by using spokes that don't fit well enough to maximize the benefit.
