Is it adhesive or is there some glue that wouldn't leave residue if I were to later remove it? And do you think it'd be able to conform to the radius of the lenticular wheel? I don't have much experience with vinyl.

EDIT: Oh, is this the stuff they use for shop lettering on windows and logos on company cars? That would actually work perfectly.. although if I wanted to take it off I probably couldn't reapply it.. but I probably couldn't do that with contact paper either, I'd just assume it would hold its shape better because contact paper is fibrous not stretchy. Good suggestion man.. I'll look into it!
