^+1 th money/time spent getting that rear wheel redished is hardly worth it since a Decent fixed wheelset can get had for 150$, if you got no cash throw in on Visa it will be well worth it in the end. Thats like what 1.5 months of bus pass. no offense, but from what i can see them wheels is trash. Other than that i think you have got all make'ns for a decent conversion. Get the wheels, get into a fixed. then when you have more money keep this as transport and get a nice track bike, don't sink money into this sucker, oo and get some better tires those are a little ripe
