Well, it's not worth worrying about. There are a lot of 11-XX 9-speed cassettes, but there are also 12-XX and 13-XX ones available and people might have different reasons for wanting one or the other. We don't know which kind Portis has; we can't necessarily assume he gets the most popular equipment available. Even if he does, it doesn't matter: the 11T issue is not the problem.
