You bet ya! I put it on level 3 with lower back massage for the 1/2 drive home. I think every cyclist need this type of seats in his AMG; beyong that... I need recomendation for clothing (especailly something for my bold head)
I had skin-layer long sleaves + Jersy + arm warmers, full leg warmers, shoes covers, yet - I was shivering. John thought I am going to drop dead and gave me his wind breaker. This was 2 sizes biger than me and going down hills I felt like a kite in testing, but it did help some. Laura offered me something for my head but it was too small :-(
