Yes it's a mish-mash, and tho I'm not usually an advocate for parting out bikes, this one is prime for that. Those early Campy parts and Cinelli Hbars/stem can easily be sold to somebody with an earlier bike (this Bottecchia is at least a 1986) and that Colnago fork will make some 'Nago owner with a missing fork very happy. I'd keep the wheels on it and build it with some mid-grade Italian stuff from the same era... it'll be a fine riding bike and I'd bet you have money left over.
