Nothing wrong with Dura Ace, but assuming you don't already have the group you might consider Campy Centaur. You'll probably be able to do it for less, and end up with a more classic looking bike. Also, the Campy stuff seems smoother to me, is more aesthetically appealing, and has neat features like the rapid-shift. brake release button in the shifter, and more ergonomic (to me) hoods.
