Thanks for the input. I am going to start eating more darker vegetables and increase the temperature of my body that way. I like my newer body, but being this cold is really not good for me wanting to do things outside like I have in the past. My bike is now going to be indoors the rest of the winter and I will do some hour workouts on the rollers.
I need to find something to keep my feet warmer. Thin socks and then wool socks are not working like they are supposed to, and I tried my bicycle socks (wicking) and then other socks and that didn't help either.
