These guys are from central america, one from costa rica, one from honduras. They only speak a little English but I've talked to them in Spanish and I think this is the only reason the guy opened up and admitted he does 35 up to 50mph. I have joked with these guys about how fast they drive because I didnt want it to seem like I was attacking them. It seems they get fined $5 by the paper company every time a customer calls and complains about a late paper, the one guy says the papers get to the distribution center late sohe has to speed.
