Yea.. Seigler comes up alot on the searches about them. I don't race but i figure i can build up a bike with that marked down frame for less than a moderate frame prebuilt from a shop.
I might not be completely accurate here, but IIRC - CSK frames are made in taiwan and seigler is the u.s. importer who is now branding the frames.
