I cannot find a Road Racing forum I can only find a Road Cycling forum. I want to get into racing but training comes first, I'm reading a book and it talks about how to improve cycling but focuses on HRM's and PM's a lot. Its the cyclists training bible and its hard to read since I don't have either. I really have only been training using PE which has worked well, I improve quickly.
