I was a being a little harsh, and I realize it now. I've never dealt with him personally. If all you guys have had good experiences, then it can't be all bad I guess. If the slowness has truly ceased to be a problem, then I will consider ordering from them. Still pricey in my eyes, but that is compared to how I usually find my bikes. Complete bikes for $10-$50.
