Bikes: MTB Agressor for now.

I know you want to lift on leggs but I'd suggest 2 times maybe 3 times as the most per week on leggs. Its sooooooo hard to do leggs and do cardio and keep both of them good. Besides ladies don't look at the leggs anyways. We know its all about stomach shoulders and arms :-)
