Look, don't get me wrong. I love power training, but to dismiss HR as not worth the discomfort of wearing a chest strap proves to me how little you truly know about training.
I could wear a blood pressure cuff while riding. It would give me additional data. Would that data be telling me anything anything that I can't better determine in another way?
