I don't have any real 20k TT data, but I do have a fair amount of 10mile (16k) and 40k data. Last season, my 10mile TTs were all fairly close to 20 minute efforts and ranged between 380 and 390 watts for the duration. My 40k power numbers were all between 345 and 355. So let's say 385 for a 20 minute duration and 350 for an FTP (this is slightly skewed due to it not being an entire hour). Based on that, I would say 10% difference. But this is based not on 20k TT data, but a 20min (and change) effort.

If your 20 minute output is 385 then your functional output would be in the 365 range according to the Allen/Coggan formula.
