Plus, since he included such a big detail shot of the World Champion globe decal, I have to say it looks terrible...like a bad ink-jet reproduction. I just looked at the same decal on my Ciooc for comparison and mine looks clean crisp and sharp. I wonder if these are really the original decals.
I looked at the auction and immediately thought it was a re-paint, before reading the whole thread. There is no way Ciocc would have painted over the "Brev Campagnolo" stamps in the rear drops, look how messy that area is.

Your mention of the decals makes me 98% sure this is a repaint. The seller may not know this but he did purchase the exact same Cinelli bars on November 6, 2007 that are on this Ciocc; upgrade or piece by piece rebuild?
