I bet you Lance doen't ride his bike all dressed up like a champ in the city
I noticed on "The Lance Chronicles" that he never trained in a USPS kit in the US. He was always is a blackish color scheme. OTOH, in Europe, he would train in the kit. All has to do with the environment...
