Didn't have time to make a CAD mockup for you, but here's the best I could do using the almight PAINT:

It uses 2x4s (4-5 10ft sections), a large handful of wood screws, a drill, a saw, and a screwdriver. And 4 "U" shaped, rubber coated hooks.
