found a neat program for keeping track of time while sweatin' it up..
http://www.red-sweater.com/flextime/. You can use it to set up a 'routine' of countdown timers. I just set up a routine with a 10m warmup, and then 7x3m intervals with a 1m rest in between each, followed by a 5m cooldown. Then I just saved the file on my desktop for future use.
That works out to be approximately the length of a Doctor Who episode, in case you were wondering.

Had the show playing on one monitor and the timer on the other (plus it was playing a sound at the end of each section too).
