Its nice to hear that Tulsa has become enlightend to cycling use. We moved to Tulsa from the Netherlands back in 1982 and my dad tried to ride his bike to work. They treated the signt of an adult commuting to work on a bike almost like a UFO sighting. They just didn't understand how it was possible. Of course this is the same city where my sister's guidance counceler also could not fathom the concept of a non-english speaking person... he just started screaming at her thinking that would help. I am glad to hear that Tulsa have moved forward in that time. We did end up having plenty of good memories from our year in Tulsa, but it was some serious culture shock for us. I would love to get back there again sometime and experience the city again.

Happy riding,
André
