There are 2 versions of the Tacx dvd's. One is "Video Cycling" that use a regular DVD player and tells you which trainer resistance setting to be in.
The other is "Real Life" DVD's that require the use of higher-end Tacx VR-type trainers; automatically changing the resistance of the trainer and video playback speed amongst other things.
