I'll have to check on brands. Two members in my club have tandem mounts. One has a small Toyota sedan. The tandem rack actually has a front fork mount that swivels, so you can put the fork in while the rear wheel is on the ground. Not sure if that's possible with the EZ Sport, since it's a bit shorter than a tandem. I won't see anyone until this weekend, though. Maybe I can put up a post on the club's list site, and see what response I get. The mounts have a removable channel extension for the back wheel.
