The 'zoomer' has slowed right down the last 5 days or so. I saw a rabbit that had been hit and asked the 'zoomer' if he had hit it. He said he hadn't hit it but saw that it had got hit. Ever since I asked him if he hit that rabbit he's slowed right down, seems like he cut his speed in half almost, and uses his turns signals.

I never felt endangered by him, but its strange how the lower speed seems more 'friendly'
