I don't know much about your situation.
First things first - there is no reason to discuss anything about a bicycle frame until you and the seller have identified and agreed upon the applicable warranty for your particular product. Keep in mind, the reseller may have misstated the manufacturer's warranty, so your problem may be with the actual seller, not the manufacturer.
Once you identify what warranty terms that apply to your purchase, you need to engage the seller and ask what portion of the warranty process is required in conjunction with dealership/seller relations with the manufacturer. This is where the responsibility for resolution may reside.
Sounds, like you have already mucked things pretty good. If you want additional attention, whip up a website for your frame and "tag it" "Litespeed" and "unsatisfied" or "defect" - search it yourself several hundred times, and them send all the parties involved an email with the search link so they know what kind of cry baby you are.
