I put my vote in for indy fab but moots are super nice as well. If you look at either of these frames up close you will see that they both are worlds above the rest in quality. Seven makes a nice bike as well. My only reason to say indy fab over moots is that I didn't like the decals Moots uses...look a little cheap to me. Not sure they would hold up over time.
