1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Lugged steel road touring bike. One bike only.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
No

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
No good point of reference, since I started riding at age 43. I feel the same, since I've gotten older, but gotten in beter cycling shpe. It has evened out.


4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
11 years as an adult.


5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
Mostly long, moderately paced rides. 60 miles typical. 100 miles now and then.


6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
2-3 time a week. 6000 miles a year. Very consistant on both points.


7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Not much other than cycling. Some walking, but not regularly.
