1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?

Surly Crosscheck steelie. 1st all purpose bike for commuting, light trails and some group rides.
Specialized Rockhopper. Hardtail mtb when I couldn't keep up with the 2x yo's on my crosscheck
Fuji Team Pro. Full cf roadie, my main ride now for club rides

Try to take a general multivitamin with mixed success ... of remembering to take it.

Last year I was the fastest I have ever been, even with gaining a lot of weight. Riding hard with club rides made me much faster than riding solo.

4 years regular riding after taking it up again. Rode fairly regular through college then gave it up till I was 47.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
Currently all of my riding is moderate to long group club rides. Did 6 centuries this year. Occasional mtb. When I got back into biking it was as a commuter and I hope to be able to commute again when the job permits.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
4x a week or more. In 2007 I rode a little over 7,000 mile ... avg ride was 44 miles.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Skiing. Want to get back to some running and weight training.
