Huh... squeeze lemons, add sugar to taste. If you are feeling all gourmet and stuff, make a sugar syrup by heating a cup of water on the stove to a boil and adding 1/2 cup of sugar. Then add that to your juice.
I would love your lemons. Here's what I would make:
Take a chicken breast. Pound it flat between two pieces of wax paper. Bread breast with flour, milk then cracker crumbs (also seasonings). Heat a pan, add some olive oil and brown breast. As soon as it is golden brown, add 2 pats of butter, squeeze in the juice of one lemon and toss it around, adding small capers at the end. Mmmmm yum! Serve with aspargus and rice pilaf.
BTW you weren't talking about metaphoric lemons were you?
