I have something similar - an electric pump I can plug into the car outlet. Cost me $30. Needless to say, I don't use it on my bike tires but it more than paid for itself when I had that super slow leak in the car tire I was too lazy to get fixed.
+1 I have one in my car and put it to good use when I had a slow leak and not enough time to fix it, but it cost something like $20-30 from Home Depot, so this thing for $60 doesn't impress me, even if it is "cordless".
