3 fish oil softgels + 1 multi-vitamins tablet
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I feel better than 10 years ago, more endurance but aches last longer.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Serious for the last 4 years. Some mtb biking 15 years ago. Biked to school as a kid.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
A couple centuries a year, some medium rides, and mostly 20 milers.

Around 1,000 miles a year, 2-4 rides a week.
