Im guessing 70's or early 80's. And without seeing the drivetrain, Im guessing 5 speed rear cogs and either 26 or 27 inch rims. Both of those bikes look like the classic 70's 10 speeds 2 x 5, with the suicide brake levers. Good bikes though and good deal at both for 90 bux. Looks like u ready to ride!! One word of caution, try to use the lower brake levers and not the upper extensions. There is a reason they are called "suicide levers"... Some people even remove them.
