I dont know how I missed that crazy seat tube and the single top? bottom? tube! the steel wheels are not really odd as it could have been wooden rims clad in steel or just 28 inch steel wheels, Id say 28 inch steel wheels, they were more or less common as Ive seen them on ebay from time to time
