Hello, I'm 43 from west of Indianapolis. Been riding off and on for a year or so after a long break. Casual and some midrange group rides of recent. Got interested more after my K-Mart MTB was stolen off the back of my car and I bought two road bikes from Goodwill, a Trek 420L and a Diamondback MIJ. I thought I'd sign on after lurking and nabbing some info off this site for a couple of months.

My current project is restoring my original 1979 Schwinn Varsity. It has lost a lot of paint over the years and I am slowly returning it to a rideable "pristine" condition. It is original in that I'm it's only owner.

Best thing for me and worst for my wallet was having that K-Mart bike stolen.
