Welcome, cruiserhead. I'm sure lots of rides will pop up in January and February. We'll likely have another Tuna and Bagel ride. It's 40+ miles. Don't forget too that Tour de Palm Springs is around the corner. That's a good one for someone who wants a more relaxed century. Otherwise, I'm sure someone on here will plan a ride of 50 miles or more.
