Otherwise, I'm sure someone on here will plan a ride of 50 miles or more.
The TourdePalmSpring [TdPS] is supposedly a charity ride - but after 5 minutes on their site and browsing through their pages, I couldn't find any indication of which charity are we benefiting?
How much was raised for this charity last year? Is it a different charity every year? How, exactly, does this work?

So I sent them an e-mail - besides, 5 minutes browsing a website with no indication of getting that type of information indicates poor website design/planning... I hope they make the changes

There is also the possibility of the "FourEcologies Metric Century" coming up in the Spring. Unsupported ride, but that one has been in the planning stages for a while now and should come together. Being organized by one of the RIDE-Arc guys. Hopefully.

EDIT: re: TdPS benefits - Nevermind, found it. At the bottom of the page.... it should be raised up higher.
