Also -- does anyone know what a landlord's responsibilities are with respect to snow removal in our fair city?
In my house apparently I was voted official snow-remover... in other words, between my landlords and the 6 other people (7 if you include my lovely partner
) in the 3 other apartments in my house, I'm the only person that has ever done it.
edit: the other side of the coin: my neighbor on one side shoveled my sidewalk yesterday morning. Then in the late afternoon my neighbor on the other side used his snowblower to clear off the sidewalk in about an 8 house swath. That makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
